Paris - Las Vegas
On this edition we’re taking a look at the best places to stay and play in Las Vegas.. If you can’t afford to fly to Europe and spend a romantic weekend in Paris, France, why not do the next best thing and spend a weekend in Paris, Las Vegas? Modeled after the city of lights, Paris Las Vegas features a half scale replica of the Eiffel Tower, which features a gourmet French restaurant inside its eleventh floor. The casino floor is modeled after Parisian streets, complete with bistros and places to grab a glass of wine as you gamble. Heat up your night at Paris’ hip and chic nightclub, Risqué, but before you check out, be sure you grab a crepe at Paris’ excellent Sunday Champagne Brunch buffet, the only buffet with a French flavor on the strip. Weekend peak rates can be in the 200s, but if you book far enough in advance, you can find rooms for as low as 99 dollars a night. So if you’re in the mood for some French style in Sin City, then Paris is your number one destination

We’ve been talking about Las Vegas casino resorts, and you can’t talk about those without mentioning the massive, and massively popular, MGM Grand. Named after the fabled Hollywood movie studio, the gigantic emerald structure features a huge boxing and concert venue, a shopping area featuring some of the best food in town, a massive hotel, a huge gaming floor, and some of Vegas’ biggest, and best, nightclubs. MGM is all about massive scale, and even the Lion that greets guests outside the resort is over three stories tall. MGM Grand has more entertainment options than anywhere else in Vegas, including the MGM Grand Garden Arena, where big ticket boxing matches and the hugest names in music can entertain almost 17,000 fans, while the Grand’s Hollywood Theater is where legendary illusionist David Copperfield astounds audiences almost every night. Families can get up close and personal with lions in the MGM Grand Lion Habitat, and Cirque Du Soleil’s Ka regularly plays to dazzled sell out crowds. And if you’re in the mood for something a little sexier, you can check out the Crazy Horse Cabaret show, imported from Paris and featuring some of the strip’s most beautiful women………….
